Clique (pronounced “kleek”) is a small, unique group of people that share related pursuits or backgrounds. Cliques can kind in any setting, from colleges to workplaces to social teams.
Cliques can have each constructive and damaging results. On the constructive facet, they will present members with a way of belonging and assist. Cliques may also assist members to develop their social expertise and be taught new issues. On the damaging facet, cliques will be unique and hurtful to those that are usually not a part of the group. Cliques may also result in battle and division inside a bigger group.
